Other Information
There is an alcove beside the front door for beach equipment storage that is only available in on the west corner units of this building. There is also a locking closet to the right of the front door. There is another large locking closet off the balcony that could be an owners’ closet if the unit is rented. Pictures of these features will be added in early March.
Owners are allowed to have two pets. Owners' guests or family are not allowed to have pets.

Fantastic Corner Condo
We have stayed here 2 years in a row and love the views from this condo! It has a very comfortable and wide balcony and sitting out there is such a pleasure. We were hoping to stay the same time next year but were told that this particular property is being taken off the rental market. We are so disappointed. Maybe it will become available again one of these days.

Beautiful in October
Our stay was so delightful and the newly renovated condo was extremely clean, well-stocked with dishes and cookware, and beautifully furnished. This is a corner condo so we had fantastic views in 3 directions including the view from the kitchen window. The lighting in the kitchen was pretty cool with so many different variations. The time that we spent on the large well-appointed balcony was so relaxing. The spacious balcony was the best we have ever experienced with a rattan sofa and chair with ottoman. So comfortable to sit and listen to the waves and watch the blue water moving back and forth or read a book. The king-size bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The Nest thermometer was a little technologically challenging but maintenance responded right away and showed us how to operate it. There were grills across the road by the old river but also more grills very conveniently located adjacent to the parking lot of the condos. We will stay at this condo again in the future because we enjoyed it so much.

We were very happy with our stay here at Shipwatch. The unit has a beautiful view and great beach access. Perdido is quiet and relaxing! The response from the owner was always quick through text.

Perdido Key Condo
This place was beyond what I hoped for. The Condo was FULLY STOCKED in the Kitchen, amazing! It was beautiful and the Full Balcony with good furniture was a key selling point for me. The location is very quiet and the beach was not crowded for being the middle of June. We will be coming back here for a very long time to come! Thanks for helping to make a much needed escape Well worth the drive. See you next time!!! Highly Recomend

This condo has all of the little things you need for a fantastic beach stay. The unit was beautiful and well decorated. The bed was super comfortable and with that view, it was perfect. We were a little bummed out that we had a note on the door to “walk quietly” from a neighbor but having a 2 year old with us, that runs anytime she is moving, this was difficult. Apparently the new flooring vibrates and it drives the downstairs people crazy. So maybe not this unit it you have little ones and care about the neighbors.
